Messing About By the River

As part of The Asgard Project we not only explore the wilds of big walls on Baffin Island but we find out about the star of the show Leo Houlding. For this section of the film we travelled to one of the places Leo first climbed when he was a kid. This took us to Armathwaite in Cumbria. As it was local we thought we'd try a more ambitious shot on a wire cam moving across the river revealing the crag.

We brought in our engineer in chief Dave Reeves and cameraman Ian Burton to help with the job. It was a sweltering day and a good time was had by all, but did we get the shot completed? Well that would be telling, you'll have to wait to see the film for that!
