The first part of filming for my new climbing flick, which goes under the code name of 'The Asgard Project' is all in the can and the edit is under way. We flew out to Riglos in Spain with climber Leo Houlding and met up with his Spanish counterpart, Carlos Suarez. Riglos is a stunning place with a very peaceful vibe about it. The objective was for Leo to work on his climbing fitness and get current with BASE jumping. To achieve this they set a target of trying to climb two of the massive 300m towers in two hours!
They got pretty close with 2hrs 35mins but that didn't really matter, the key thing is we had a good laugh, got some great action in the can and have a cracking opening chapter to the new film, hooray!
